Important

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms for yourself and, where applicable, for the company you represent.

01

Agreement and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company and that the registration information you provide is accurate and current.

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use the Service.

02

The Service

Revault provides tools for company onboarding, administrator approval, team access, WhatsApp Business Platform connection, API-key management, template and webhook operations, message submission, event tracking and related support.

Features may depend on company approval, assigned limits, Meta verification, a valid WhatsApp Business Account, payment arrangements and permissions controlled by Meta. Revault does not guarantee that Meta will approve an app, business, phone number, display name, template or message.

03

Accounts and authority

  • Use a valid email address that you control and keep it secure.
  • Provide complete and accurate company information.
  • Invite only authorized team members and assign appropriate roles.
  • Protect API keys, Meta credentials, devices and integration secrets.
  • Notify Revault promptly of unauthorized access or credential exposure.

The workspace owner is responsible for activity performed by its administrators, team members, API keys and connected systems.

04

Messaging responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your recipients, message content, templates, campaigns and customer relationships. Before messaging a person, you must have every notice, consent, permission and lawful basis required by applicable law and WhatsApp policies.

You must honor opt-outs and other messaging preferences promptly. You must not send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful promotions, harassment, prohibited content or messages that infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

05

Meta and WhatsApp requirements

The Service relies on third-party products operated by Meta, including the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use is also subject to all applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms, commerce rules, messaging policies, template rules and technical requirements.

Meta may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an app, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, template or message. Revault is not responsible for Meta’s decisions, outages, fees, policy changes or enforcement actions.

06

Plans, limits and fees

Revault may assign seat limits, message allowances, request limits and other plan controls. You must not bypass or interfere with those controls. Meta messaging charges, business-account charges, taxes and third-party fees may apply separately from any Revault fees.

Before paid plans are introduced, the applicable order, invoice or plan page will state the price, billing period and material commercial terms. Non-payment may result in restricted or suspended access.

07

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or evade consent and opt-out requirements.
  • Probe, attack, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent the Service or its limits.
  • Share, resell or expose API credentials to unauthorized parties.
  • Upload malware or interfere with another company’s workspace or data.
  • Misrepresent your identity, business, affiliation or authority over a WhatsApp asset.
  • Use information obtained through WhatsApp for unrelated profiling or advertising.
08

Data, confidentiality and security

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing technology, content and data. You authorize Revault to process company and messaging data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, comply with law and enforce these Terms.

You must use reasonable security measures in your own systems. Revault’s handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests are handled under our Data Deletion Instructions.

09

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable Service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, hosting limits, Meta outages and third-party changes may affect availability.

We may modify features or technical requirements to improve security, comply with law or respond to third-party platform changes. Where reasonably possible, we will communicate material changes that adversely affect active customers.

10

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion according to our published instructions. Revault may restrict or suspend access to protect users or systems, address non-payment, comply with Meta or legal requirements, investigate misuse, or enforce these Terms.

After termination, you must stop using issued API keys and Revault-controlled access. Provisions concerning payment, confidentiality, data, intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution survive where their nature requires.

11

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Revault disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss; lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data; or losses caused by Meta, WhatsApp, carriers, recipients or other third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12

General terms and contact

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable written order form make up the agreement for the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or agreement without Revault’s consent.

Applicable law and the courts with lawful jurisdiction over Revault and the relevant transaction will govern disputes, unless mandatory consumer or data-protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and changing the effective date. Questions may be sent to bamitaleolaoluwa@gmail.com.
